Dropping Max's Hypercharge rate to 7 percent feels like a weird change in
nulls brawl. She already struggles to secure kills in the current tank heavy meta. It takes forever to get her Hypercharge in Brawl Ball now. Do you guys agree with this nerf or was it unnecessary?
