Whenever I slow down regular video footage, it usually looks super laggy and jumpy. I turned on the optical flow feature in capcut pro, and it generated extra frames to make a simple skateboard jump look like buttery smooth slow motion. Have you ever ruined a cool shot by trying to slow it down?
