The Council of Ministers approved this Tuesday the Employment Law , "a framework standard for public employment policies that will allow working people to have new and more effective tools to improve guidance and support for both job search to improve their employability". For the Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, this law represents "a great opportunity for all job seekers and for the entire productive fabric of our country." Guiding principles The standard complies with Reform 5 of Component 23 of Modernization of Active Employment Policies of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Employment Law will operate under the guiding principles of  non-discrimination  in access and consolidation of employment,  transparency and efficiency in design and execution. "The digital transformation and modernization of Public Employment Services will make it possible to diversify the service delivery channels of the National Employment System, promoting continuous and personalized accessibility," says the Government. Companies will also have at their disposal a catalog of guaranteed services that will allow the management of job offers submitted to public employment services, information and advice on hiring, identification of training needs and support in relocation processes.
